Led by husband and wife duo, Payde and Jessica Stockman, Stockman Builders is a perfect union of Jess' design aesthetic and spatial sensibilities, and Payde's cultivated and exacting carpentry skills. Having honed our craft in designing, building, and outfitting multi-million dollar homes from the rugged mountains of Montana to the serene lakes of the Northeast, Stockman Builders is a bespoke residential design and build company in the historic Lakes Region of New Hampshire. A place where our families have a longstanding history of custom craftsmanship; a place we are proud to call home.

Stockman Builders was born out of our passion for designing and creating homes that cultivate joy and elicit a strong sense of place. We do so by employing superior craftsmanship and operating with true New England sensibilities; bringing expertise, practicality, and integrity to every project. We know that a warm and welcoming home has to start with a house that is designed and built soundly with the highest quality materials.
